What you’ll do
Evaluate content submissions against clear quality guidelines and assign appropriate tags or ratings. Compare paired responses and choose the stronger one, writing a clear explanation of your choice. Identify specific issues like factual errors, policy violations, or unclear instructions using structured labels. Flag unclear or problematic prompts and route them back for clarification. Calibrate your work weekly against reference examples to maintain consistency. Document patterns in quality issues so the team can focus improvement efforts.
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required. You’ll receive full training on our quality rubric and evaluation process. We’re looking for: Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-page guidelines consistently. Clear written communication that explains your reasoning. Ability to identify when a prompt itself needs revision. Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week. Spanish language proficiency.
Nice to have
Background in content moderation, quality assurance, or similar review work. Familiarity with how raters calibrate their judgments. Subject-matter expertise that helps you spot errors others might miss.
