About the role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Contractor to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. You’ll work across multiple client programmes, developing and executing social media strategies from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, manage social content calendars, oversee influencer partnerships, and provide strategic insights based on performance data.
While this is a temporary position, strong performance may lead to opportunities for longer-term employment.
What you’ll do:
• Develop social media strategies across brand accounts, executive profiles, and influencer marketing programmes
• Lead client conversations and present strategic recommendations with confidence
• Create social audits, channel strategies, campaign frameworks, content strategies and editorial calendars
• Write, review and provide feedback on social content and creative concepts
• Manage social content through planning, approvals, scheduling, publishing and performance optimization
• Identify and evaluate influencers and creators based on audience fit, credibility, content quality and engagement
• Manage influencer partnerships, including campaign briefs, outreach, negotiations and content review
• Analyze campaign performance, establish key performance indicators and turn data into actionable recommendations
• Use social listening and analytics tools to support reporting, audience research and competitive insights
• Draft clear client communications and independently manage day-to-day client needs and deadlines
Skills/background needed:
• Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns
• Hands-on experience working with influencers or creators
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self-directed, organized and comfortable working independently
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday during standard business hours
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Temporary full-time position, approximately four months.
