About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Grant Writer to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position for someone with at least two years of grant writing experience who is eager to advance their skills, support clients directly, and take on increasingly complex projects.
This role involves writing persuasive grant proposals, providing consulting support to clients, managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, and leading client meetings. You will work independently in a structured remote environment with support from leadership.
What You’ll Do
• Write grant proposals and help clients translate their program goals into compelling funding applications
• Lead client meetings to discuss strategy, gather information, and provide updates on pending applications
• Manage multiple concurrent client accounts and keep projects on track toward submission deadlines
• Compile required documents and ensure all applications meet funder compliance requirements
• Develop and update budgets for client organizations according to funder requirements
• Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and maintain a grants calendar
• Create logic models and simple evaluation plans to demonstrate program impact
• Respond to client and team communication promptly and maintain clear project status updates
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum two years of grant writing experience
• Strong grant writing and persuasive communication skills
• Experience with budget development and financial analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take direction well
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations, government grant databases, and compliance requirements

What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days, you’ll complete onboarding, learn our quality standards and systems, shadow client meetings, and deliver your first proposal section. By day 60, you’ll manage multiple client accounts independently, submit applications on time with zero compliance errors, and lead client meetings solo. By day 90, you’ll carry a full portfolio of client accounts and produce multiple submission-ready proposals each month.
