We’re looking for confident, engaging on-camera presenters to create educational video content across two formats: long-form videos (typically under 10 minutes) and short-form videos (~1 minute). No editing experience required — we provide scripts and all the materials you need. Your role is to present clearly on camera and make complex topics feel simple and approachable for adult learners.
What You’ll Do
Record engaging, instructional videos in two formats:
Long-form videos (typically under 10 minutes): test strategies, exam overviews, concept explanations, and step-by-step walkthroughs of practice problems.
Short-form videos (~1 minute): fast-paced tips, hooks, quick problem demonstrations, and educational advice.
You will:
Deliver content in a clear, concise, and encouraging style that connects with viewers. Demonstrate educational concepts using a dry-erase board, tablet with stylus, or pen and paper with clear, readable handwriting. Follow the brand guidelines provided. Incorporate feedback and adjust your delivery as needed. Work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
Skills/background needed: High school diploma or GED. Proven experience creating content for video platforms (short-form and long-form formats). Confident, natural on-camera presence with the ability to explain complex ideas simply. Reliable camera equipment (smartphone or dedicated camera with HD 1080p minimum), external microphone, good lighting, and a tablet/stylus or dry-erase board for demonstrations. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or advanced expertise in educational subject areas. Experience working from scripts or writing instructional content. Background creating educational or tutorial videos. Experience presenting to adult learners. Familiarity with short-form content pacing and trends. Expertise in academic subjects (mathematics, language arts, reading, science), educational certification exam preparation, or English-language instruction.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application. Paid per video with twice-monthly payments and automated invoicing.
Contract length: Ongoing contract work, fully flexible. Work when you want, where you want, as often as you want — no minimums or maximums.
