Content Creator – Entry Level (Remote Contract)

Contract length: Part-time contractor role with potential to grow into full-time.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Location: Open to applicants worldwide. Fully remote.

Roles: This is a multi-skilled content creation role. You’ll work across writing, design, email automation, and campaign coordination. You’ll wear many hats—from creating blog posts and social media content to designing graphics, building email sequences, and tracking campaign performance. This role is perfect if you want to understand the strategy behind content creation, not just produce it.

What you’ll do:

Content & Strategy
Write content for emails, blogs, social media, and websites
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content that aligns with client goals
Think critically about the reasoning behind each piece and how it supports the broader strategy

Technical Tasks
Build email sequences and automations using standard marketing tools
Support customer relationship management, tagging, and lead tracking
Monitor and respond to messages, highlighting key insights
Assist with light website edits using common platforms

Design & Brand Support
Design basic graphics using Canva to support content
Ensure consistency with client brand voice and visual identity

Organization & Reporting
Stay organized using project management and collaboration tools
Support analytics tracking, campaign reporting, and research

Skills/background needed:

No prior professional experience required. Full training will be provided. You should have:
Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail
Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and comfortable collaborating
Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple priorities
Genuine enthusiasm for learning new tools and skills
Comfort working independently and meeting deadlines
A strategic mindset—understanding how content fits into a larger marketing plan
Strong editing and proofreading abilities
Good people skills; you build trust and rapport easily

Experience with Canva, Google Suite, and email marketing platforms is helpful but not required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What makes this role special:

You’ll join a small, thoughtful team that values your ideas and input. This isn’t just about creating content—you’ll understand the strategy behind every project and see how your work directly impacts client results. You’ll have real opportunities to grow your skills, pitch your own ideas, and take ownership of meaningful campaigns. The role starts part-time but has clear potential to develop into a full-time position as you grow with the team.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who is eager to learn, genuinely interested in marketing and content strategy, and comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment. You should be organized, reliable, and excited about the idea of growing your skills across multiple areas—writing, design, automation, and analytics.
