About This Role
We’re looking for a Report Writer to join our team and help develop reporting solutions that support our organization. You’ll work with various departments to create accurate reports, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data integrity.
What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards• Partner with teams across the organization to understand reporting needs• Create operational and financial reports• Develop custom reports using advanced reporting tools• Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot any data issues• Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to reporting• Support system upgrades and testing• Document your work and maintain reporting standards• Train end users on reporting functionality• Collaborate with teams on system improvements
Skills/background needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field• 3–7+ years of experience with reporting systems• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles• Advanced Excel skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Ability to create custom reports and calculated fields
Nice-to-have skills
• Healthcare industry experience• Experience with analytics and planning tools• Experience supporting audits• Knowledge of healthcare finance• Experience integrating reporting systems with other tools• SQL skills
