We’re looking for a Communications Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help craft and share messages that keep our organisation aligned, informed, and connected as we scale.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll wear multiple hats: writing clear, engaging internal communications; helping plan company-wide moments like all-hands meetings; managing the channels and rhythms through which we communicate; and working with teams across the business to turn complex topics into messages that land.
What you’ll do:
• Write and shape internal communications—emails, announcements, updates, and more—that help every team member understand what matters and what’s happening
• Help plan and execute key company moments end to end, including all-hands meetings and major announcements
• Build and maintain the infrastructure for how the team communicates—the channels, norms, and practices we use every day
• Partner with teams across the business to translate complex or sensitive topics into clear, human-friendly messaging
• Work with leadership to shape how and when important business updates are shared
• Monitor what’s working and iterate—bringing curiosity and a willingness to test new formats and channels
• Use tools and new approaches (including AI) thoughtfully to strengthen your work and improve how we communicate
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and storytelling skills—you can take something complex or sensitive and make it clear and human
• Comfort with both strategy and hands-on execution: you can think big picture and roll up your sleeves to write an email or edit a presentation
• Good judgment and prioritization: you can balance competing requests and advise on what needs company-wide attention
• A natural feel for culture, energy, and tone—you bring personality, not just polished corporate messaging
• Willingness to be creative and try new things; comfort pitching bold ideas and knowing when to push and when to dial it back
• Curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn how to use it responsibly to improve your work
• Experience working with People or HR teams is a plus, but not required
