About the Role:
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Strategist to develop and lead high-impact content programmes that support our brand, audience, and business priorities. You’ll own full-funnel content initiatives from strategy through execution, distribution, and measurement—working across thought leadership, research reports, customer storytelling, and more.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You’ll build content strategies, identify opportunities, set editorial direction, and ensure every programme serves a clear audience and business goal.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop strategy, roadmaps, and editorial direction for content programmes including thought leadership, research reports, and long-form editorial
• Own complex content programmes from initial concept through production, distribution, optimisation, and measurement
• Conduct interviews with executives and subject matter experts, turning conversations into high-quality, impactful content
• Use content, audience, and performance data to identify opportunities and demonstrate how content contributes to business goals
• Work as a strategic advisor to cross-functional partners, shaping messaging, audience strategy, and programme priorities
• Build scalable approaches that improve the quality, speed, and consistency of content across the organisation
• Develop and maintain editorial standards that elevate the overall quality and voice of external-facing content
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, communications, sales, and leadership to align content with company priorities
Skills/background needed:
• 6+ years of B2B content marketing experience, with a strong portfolio of full-funnel, enterprise-focused content such as thought leadership, research reports, and customer-focused pieces; or equivalent experience in communications, journalism, or a related field
• Proven experience owning a content function or major programme from strategy through execution, distribution, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical and data-heavy topics into compelling, accessible narratives
• Ability to think strategically about content ecosystems that connect audience needs, funnel stages, formats, channels, and business outcomes
• Experience conducting interviews with executives and subject matter experts and developing content from their insights
• Experience creating differentiated content from proprietary data, customer insight, or subject matter expertise
• Strong strategic judgment and ability to identify programme-level opportunities, make tradeoffs, and create clarity in complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience in physical operations, fleet management, or transportation industries is a plus, but not required
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Remote – work from anywhere
