Position Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Technical Writer to join our team supporting healthcare training and education initiatives. In this role, you will work with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and video producers to transform clinical content into clear, structured training materials.
You’ll create comprehensive training packages including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, handouts, video scripts, and educational materials designed for healthcare providers. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone passionate about making clinical information accessible and engaging.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Content Transformation: Translate clinical concepts and expert input into clear, structured educational materials for diverse audiences in the healthcare field.
Curriculum & Materials Development: Draft, edit, and refine training materials across multiple topics, including facilitator guides with frequently asked questions, participant workbooks and handouts, interactive scenarios and assignments, presentation notes, and video scripts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with instructional designers, designers, and video producers to align written content with visual and web-based formats.
Review & Revision: Participate in iterative review workflows with experts and stakeholders to refine and finalize training materials.
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as psychology, nursing, public health, medical communications, English, or related discipline. Experience translating complex clinical topics into accessible educational materials. Familiarity with adult learning principles. Strong written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PDF formatting. Knowledge of digital accessibility standards is a plus. Prior experience writing training content for healthcare or government agencies is valued but not required. Full training will be provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
