Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our marketing team in this fully remote role. You will deliver data, analytics, and reporting support for our business, serving our teams through data collection, analysis, and accurate reporting. Working with our IT department and data partners, you will help design dashboards, write queries to work with data, and translate findings into clear reports that help guide business decisions. You will also troubleshoot data issues and deliver both regular reports and custom analysis as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, asking questions about data, and communicating findings clearly to others.
What You’ll Do
Reporting & Dashboard Support
- Help design and maintain dashboards in Power BI that show performance metrics and trends for stakeholders.
- Write and optimize queries to pull and organize data from databases and systems.
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create both regular weekly/monthly reports and custom analysis on request.
Data Quality & Accuracy
- Ensure data is accurate and delivered on time through our systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot data problems proactively.
- Help maintain clean, organized data across platforms.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with IT, marketing, operations, and leadership to understand what data they need.
- Present findings and reports to team members in clear, simple language.
- Support cross-team projects that require data analysis and insights.
Skills/background needed
This role is entry-level and full training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have:
- High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree (in any field).
- Some experience working with data, spreadsheets, or databases (internships count!).
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of databases and how to extract data.
- Strong attention to detail and love of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain data findings to non-technical team members.
- Willingness to learn Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools on the job.
No prior Power BI or SQL experience is required—we will train you. We’re looking for curiosity, a willingness to learn, and someone who enjoys solving problems with data.

Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position. You will work from home with your own computer and internet connection. Most of your time will be spent at a desk working on reports, dashboards, and data queries. You’ll attend video meetings with team members and stakeholders regularly.
