About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized Grant Writer & Reporting Specialist to support our fundraising efforts. In this role, you will manage the complete grant lifecycle—from researching funding opportunities and writing persuasive proposals to tracking programme outcomes and drafting clear impact reports for funders.

Key Responsibilities
Grant Research & Prospecting
Research and identify corporate, foundation, and government grant opportunities aligned with our mission and initiatives. Maintain an organized record of grant deadlines, submission requirements, and reporting milestones.
Proposal Writing & Submission
Write, edit, and assemble compelling grant applications, narratives, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with leadership to develop accurate programme budgets and outcome projections.
Final Reporting & Data Analysis
Track and evaluate programme metrics and community outcomes. Write detailed, professional grant reports and financial reconciliations for funder compliance. Analyze past grant performance to help refine future funding strategies.
Skills/background needed: 1+ years of experience in grant writing, grant research, or funder reporting (non-profit development background preferred). Outstanding narrative writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Comfortable working with data, programme metrics, and basic budgets. Strong time management and self-motivation. Full training provided for entry-level candidates with writing experience.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part time, flexible hours (5–20 hours per week to start).
