About this role:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help build and grow our brand presence across social platforms. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone passionate about social media who wants hands-on experience in strategy, content creation, paid advertising, and community engagement.
You’ll work with a supportive marketing team and take ownership of real campaigns from planning through execution. This role offers both strategic thinking and creative work—you’ll develop content calendars, launch paid campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
What you’ll do:
• Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across major platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting and budgets, and run A/B tests
• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social channels
• Manage the content calendar and community engagement
• Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
• Track key performance metrics including engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates
• Collaborate with creative agencies, content teams, and other departments
• Develop reports and insights for the leadership team
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Full training provided for tools and processes specific to this role
Bonus experience:
• Background in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries
• Experience with influencer marketing programmes
• Familiarity with legal and compliance review processes
