About the role
We’re looking for an entry-level writer to help build and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll start by learning our voice, style, and audience, then gradually take on more responsibility as you grow with the team. This is a fully remote role where you’ll work from home.
No prior social media experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed. You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values learning and creative development.
What you’ll do
• Write and post content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit
• Learn to develop simple social media strategies and understand what content performs well
• Engage with communities online and respond to comments in an authentic, genuine way
• Help create and edit video content for YouTube and other platforms
• Explore how AI tools can help with content creation and efficiency
• Track what’s working and report on results in a clear, straightforward way
Skills/background needed
• Strong written English and the ability to write in a natural, conversational style
• Comfort learning new platforms and tools as you go
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Reddit)
• Willingness to try new things and ask questions
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Nice to have
• Any experience writing for social media, even informally
• Comfort on camera or experience directing others
• Experience working in ecommerce or SaaS industries
Contract length: Full Time
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
