About the Role:
You’ll collaborate with colleagues to produce high-quality documents supporting clinical development programmes. Your work will ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a fully remote position, and full training will be provided—no prior experience in this specific field is necessary.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare, edit, and finalize clinical and regulatory documents including protocols, clinical study reports, and regulatory submissions
• Work with document authors, contributors, and reviewers across different teams to gather necessary input
• Manage document review processes and scheduling to meet project timelines
• Develop and manage writing timelines for assigned documents
• Help resolve comments and feedback from multiple reviewers
• Contribute to developing writing processes, templates, and style guides
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (life sciences, biology, chemistry, or similar). Strong writing skills and attention to detail are essential. You should be comfortable learning complex medical and regulatory concepts, able to multitask, and adaptable to changing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is required. Experience with electronic document management systems is helpful but not required. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds.
Location: Fully remote—work from anywhere.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent.
