As a Live Chat Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via chat. You’ll assist with a wide range of inquiries, provide personalized solutions, and ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
What you’ll do:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with friendly, helpful, and professional communication. Assist customers with product questions, order support, and general guidance. Use company tools and resources to process information and enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with teammates to solve challenges and improve processes. Continuously build your product knowledge and refine your skills. Take ownership of each customer interaction to ensure satisfaction and positive outcomes.
