• Handle a wide range of requests including product questions, order status updates, and general assistance
• Build positive relationships with clients by providing personalized, attentive service
• Maintain accurate client records and notes to support future interactions
• Meet quality and performance standards while providing efficient service
• Represent our brand with professionalism and warmth in every client interaction

• Participate in training and development to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge
