No prior technical support experience is required—we provide full training over approximately one month to get you confident and ready. You’ll learn our systems, products, and best practices from day one.

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear guidance on how to use software applications and hardware devices
• Troubleshoot reported issues independently, following proper steps, asking clarifying questions, and finding the root cause
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in our tracking system
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed, ensuring customers receive seamless support
• Meet team performance standards for response time and issue resolution
• Support internal teams when needed

Skills and background needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using a PC and switching between multiple software applications
• Basic experience with customer service (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
• Empathy and patience when helping customers
• Interest in learning new technologies
• Experience with mobile apps or cloud-based software is a plus, but not required

What we offer

• Full onboarding and training programme (approximately one month)
• Hybrid work arrangement after training completes
• Paid time off and paid company holidays
• Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision)
• Telehealth coverage available to all employees
• Access to wellness programmes
• Retirement benefits with employer match
• Career growth opportunities
• Supportive team environment

Physical requirements

This role is performed primarily in an office environment. You’ll spend extended periods at a computer workstation operating standard office equipment.
