About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Live Chat Support Agent to join our growing support team. This is a fully remote position – you’ll work from home and handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers with questions, technical issues, and service concerns, and you’ll have the chance to develop valuable customer support skills in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience is necessary – we provide full training on all the tools and processes you’ll need. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and want to deliver excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to incoming customer chats, emails, and calls about product questions, technical issues, and general concerns
• Troubleshoot problems and provide real-time assistance to help resolve customer issues quickly
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed of any changes to company policies
• Recognise when an issue needs to be handed off to a more senior team member and escalate appropriately
• Maintain a professional, friendly tone with every customer and build positive relationships
• Work collaboratively with your team and management to continuously improve the customer experience
Skills and Background Needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort using customer support tools and platforms
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple customer inquiries
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and a genuine desire to help customers solve problems
• Familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is helpful but not required
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
