As a Chat Support Representative, you’ll handle customer service requests, answer questions, resolve complaints, and assist with booking inquiries through live chat and other channels. Your goal will be to provide friendly, professional support and resolve customer issues efficiently. You’ll be a key part of our customer service team, working to maintain great customer relationships and meet service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to incoming customer messages via chat, email, and other channels
Assist customers with a range of concerns, including billing questions, scheduling, and general service inquiries
Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and implementing fixes
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team member
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed
Communicate with customers about the status of their requests or service appointments
Work with the scheduling and sales teams to improve accuracy and response speed
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and current promotions
Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
High school diploma or equivalent (or willingness to work toward one)
Basic computer skills and comfort using standard office software
Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a busy, changing environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, professional manner
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to learn and adapt
No prior experience necessary – full training provided
Contract length: Full Time
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
