About the role:

Your day-to-day will involve serving clients with care, deepening relationships, and learning about a wide range of financial products. This role serves as an entry point into a licensed financial services career, with full support to obtain the necessary certifications.
Key responsibilities:
• Answer inbound client calls and identify their financial needs
• Refer clients to appropriate specialist teams and sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
• Learn and maintain knowledge of various financial products
• Manage client accounts with attention to detail
• Develop the skills needed for a successful financial services career
