About the role
We’re looking for a Live Chat Support Specialist to join our customer support team. In this role, you’ll help customers with their questions and concerns via chat, email, and phone. You’ll provide friendly, informed, and efficient support while troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.
What you’ll do
• Respond to customer chat, email, and phone inquiries about software and product-related questions
• Troubleshoot problems with customers to understand and document issues clearly
• Focus on resolving problems while providing professional and courteous service
• Escalate issues you’re unable to resolve to the appropriate team member when necessary
Skills/background needed
• Customer service experience (or willingness to learn)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone skills
• Comfort working with technology and software applications
• Problem-solving mindset and a genuine commitment to helping customers
• Familiarity with accounting software or accounting processes is helpful but not required
