About the Role
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues seeking help with a range of workplace issues — from IT and system access to HR questions, payroll, and general business process support. You’ll work through incoming chat messages, phone calls, and support tickets, helping people get answers quickly and efficiently.
This is an on-site, entry-level role perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a team environment. You’ll gain exposure to multiple business systems and departments, building valuable skills that can lead to career growth in IT support, operations, or business services.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to employee inquiries via live chat, phone, and support ticketing system
• Troubleshoot common IT, HR, and business system issues
• Resolve requests at first contact wherever possible
• Escalate complex problems to specialists when needed
• Document all interactions accurately and professionally
• Build positive relationships with colleagues across the organisation
• Maintain high attendance and meet response time targets
• Follow company procedures and compliance requirements
• Work reliably during standard business hours with flexibility for peak periods
What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using a computer and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
