Main responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers in our physical location when needed
• Record and document customer information accurately
• Process sales and returns
• Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
• Provide friendly, helpful support to every customer you interact with

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Seasonal (mid-October through late January)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on business needs.
Skills/background needed: No experience necessary. Friendly communication, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset are what matter most.
Location: Local position with possible work-from-home flexibility. You’ll work both in our showroom and from home depending on scheduling needs.
