About this role: Do you enjoy helping customers and solving problems? We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our customer support team. You’ll help customers with questions, orders, reservations, billing, and basic troubleshooting while working from the comfort of your own home. Full training is provided—no prior experience required.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone with patience and professionalism
• Help customers with account questions, orders, reservations, billing issues, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain friendly, clear communication and listen carefully to customer needs
• Work towards consistent quality and performance standards
• Keep your workspace organised and free from distractions to protect customer data
Skills/background needed:
• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Problem-solving mindset and helpful attitude
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple online platforms
• Prior customer service or support experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
• Able to pass a standard background check
Technical requirements for your home office:
• A dedicated computer (Windows or Mac)
• High-speed internet connection via a hardwired Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not suitable)
• USB headset with noise-cancelling microphone
• Quiet workspace where you can focus
