We are hiring entry-level Live Chat Support Specialists to join our team. This is a fully remote position where you’ll become part of a welcoming, collaborative environment dedicated to supporting customers from home.
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be part of a team that delivers excellent customer service. You’ll handle customer inquiries, provide support, and help customers find solutions to their questions. This role involves managing customer interactions through live chat, phone support, and application data entry.
Roles: Inbound and outbound customer support, live chat inquiries, account management, technical support, and data entry.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, with seasonal availability options.

Preferred experience (not required):
Previous customer support experience, call centre experience, or familiarity with CRM systems. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
