Role: Live Chat Support Agent

About the role:
We’re looking for a friendly and patient Live Chat Support Agent to help customers with their questions and concerns. You’ll respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing helpful information about products, orders, shipping, and returns. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build customer service skills in a supportive environment.
What you’ll do:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and return policies
• Help customers place orders, track shipments, and process returns or exchanges
• Resolve customer concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Document customer interactions in our support system
• Work with internal teams to solve more complex issues and improve the customer experience
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage your time well
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new software and tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• A quiet, dedicated home office space for work
• No prior customer service experience required – we provide full training
