In this fully remote role, you’ll help customers book personalised domestic and international travel, provide excellent customer service via chat and email, and earn competitive pay with performance incentives—all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
• Assist customers with travel planning and booking via phone, email, and live chat
• Help customers find the best destinations and travel products for their needs
• Build positive, long-term relationships with customers to encourage return business
• Process travel reservations accurately and professionally
• Stay up-to-date on travel destinations, promotions, and industry trends
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional travel services
• Resolve travel-related questions and manage itinerary changes
• Support team members when needed
About You
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Genuine interest in travel and customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule
You’ll work a fixed schedule that includes one weekend day and one weekday off. Exact hours will be confirmed during the interview process. All times are based on Eastern Time.
