We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Chat Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this role, you’ll provide friendly and professional support to customers through chat, email, phone, and social media. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer has a great experience, while helping to build strong, lasting relationships. Your contributions will make a real difference to both your team and the customers you support.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (8am–5pm)
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, and social media in a polite, professional, and helpful manner
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and ask questions to fully understand their needs
• Work to resolve customer issues quickly and to their satisfaction
• Keep customer account information accurate and up to date
• Handle routine tasks such as scheduling orders, processing payments, and setting up new accounts
• Manage customer situations calmly and professionally, following established resolution guidelines
• Meet performance standards and contribute to a positive team environment
• Support the wider team by helping with general customer service tasks and requests
Skills/background needed:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort with typing and basic data entry
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks
• Friendly, patient approach to helping customers
• Willingness to follow team policies and learn new processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel (or willingness to learn)
• Authorization to work in the United States
