You’ll interact with engaged and active customers every day. You’ll multitask across multiple systems while supporting customers through chat, email, phone, and in-person interactions. From educating new users to troubleshooting processes, no two days look quite the same. Success in this role takes strong computer skills, quick adaptability, and the ability to stay organized and solution-focused even when things are busy.
The Live Chat Support Specialist reports to the Customer Service Manager and serves as one of our customers’ primary points of contact. The ideal candidate is a confident multitasker who learns quickly, communicates well, and stays positive under pressure.
The support team operates Monday through Friday. We currently have an 8:00am–5:00pm shift position available — with flexibility to occasionally adjust your schedule within the standard business hours when given advance notice.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Communication
Communicate effectively with a high volume of customers by phone, email, in-person, and chat, building rapport and fostering positive relationships. Educate customers on account details, processes, and terms and conditions. Proactively address and resolve challenging customer interactions, including handling escalated issues when necessary. Maintain a professional demeanor in all situations.
Systems & Payment Processing
Develop expertise in the website’s full range of features. Work within partner systems with high levels of accuracy. Process a range of payment methods accurately and promptly, adhering to all financial policies. Address customer questions and facilitate administrative requests when appropriate. Utilize software skills to complete tasks and maintain precise records.
Workload & Adaptability
Prioritize your daily workload to meet customer needs and business deadlines while demonstrating sound decision-making. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and the work environment; show willingness to learn new processes and systems as technology changes.
Team Collaboration
Facilitate successful internal communications between departments. Collaborate with team members and management to enhance customer experiences and maintain a positive work environment. Actively participate in team meetings. Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility.

Has solid data entry, technology, and computer software skills. Is committed to accuracy and attention to detail. Can successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment. Can work independently and confidently to meet customer needs. Is self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Bilingual candidates (Spanish speaking) are encouraged to apply. You must be eligible to work in your country and able to pass a background check.
Contract length
Full-time, permanent position. Hourly, non-exempt role with potential overtime eligibility.
