About the role:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. You’ll communicate with business partners via chat, email, and phone—answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent support. No prior experience is necessary; we provide full training on all systems and processes.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to inquiries from business partners via chat, email, and phone in a timely, professional manner
• Help troubleshoot problems and find the best solutions
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
• Pay careful attention to detail in all correspondence and documentation
• Escalate complex issues to your team lead when needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure work meets quality standards
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Additional tasks as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required—we welcome entry-level applicants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to focus on detail and stay organized
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Weekend availability required (full-time weekend shifts)
• Bilingual English/Spanish speakers preferred
Location:
Fully remote. Work hours align with PST timezone with some flexibility. Weekend shifts required.
Schedule:
Full-time position. Saturday and Sunday: 4:30 AM–6:00 PM (PST). Monday–Friday: 4:30 AM–7:00 PM (PST). Weekend availability is required.
Rate:
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application. Shift differential for evening, night, and weekend hours.
