We are seeking Live Chat Support Agents to join our customer service team on a seasonal basis. This is a fully remote position open to applicants worldwide.
Our customer service team delivers exceptional support across multiple channels, ensuring every customer receives helpful, friendly assistance. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions and concerns.
Overall Responsibilities:
Support customers contacting us via live chat, email, and phone calls. Handle a wide variety of inquiry types while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide world-class service in every interaction and think creatively about ways to improve each customer’s experience. Verify customer information and work within your knowledge to resolve issues effectively. Remain empathetic and tailor solutions to provide the best experience possible. Meet and exceed quality and performance metrics. Maintain thorough knowledge of systems and processes. Learn and retain working knowledge of all new procedures as they’re introduced. Proactively share insights with your team. Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and midday to evening shifts if needed.
