Your role is to engage authentically with online forum communities, crafting thoughtful comments and relatable posts that spark conversation. You’ll monitor trending topics and jump in at the right moment to keep discussions lively and positive. When challenges arise—negative feedback or heated exchanges—you’ll respond diplomatically, always maintaining respect and protecting the community’s reputation.
This is a creative, fully remote position where you’ll work 40 hours per week from home. You’ll spend your days immersed in online culture, testing your communication skills, and contributing to a vibrant digital community. Full training will be provided—no prior experience necessary.

Skills/background needed: A genuine interest in online communities and digital trends; ability to write engaging, relatable content; comfort with casual, conversational communication; and a diplomatic approach to handling disagreements. Previous forum moderation or community engagement experience is a plus but not required. Full training will be provided.
