About This Role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for executing content strategies, managing day-to-day posting, and building community engagement. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone eager to launch a career in social media management.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and post content across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and initiatives
• Conceptualize and publish content that highlights partnerships and key initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure timely execution
• Monitor social media trends and platform updates to stay current
• Track performance metrics like engagement, reach, and growth to inform strategy
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community management
• Ensure all content follows brand voice and marketing guidelines
• Organize content assets and support approval workflows
Skills/Background Needed:
• Some experience with social media, digital marketing, or content creation (or equivalent enthusiasm and willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with major social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Passion for staying current with social media trends and creator culture
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends
