About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll work across social media platforms to build and manage campaigns, create engaging content, and help our clients succeed online. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support.
In this role, you will:
• Meet with team members to discuss campaign goals, timelines, and strategies
• Research market trends and audience insights to improve campaign performance
• Manage and monitor campaigns across platforms, making adjustments to improve results
• Create and publish social media content daily—including text, images, and video
• Write scripts and develop content calendars for organic and paid campaigns
• Handle day-to-day troubleshooting and respond to client questions
• Support crisis communication and manage negative feedback professionally
• Build and maintain social media profiles and pages
• Track analytics and reporting to understand what’s working and what needs improvement
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Collaborative team player who works well with others
• Excellent time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms on the job
