About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for creating original content and finding creative ways to attract and engage our audience across social media platforms. You’ll assist with promotions and customer service as part of the broader marketing effort.
What you’ll do:
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests and colleagues• Respond promptly to all comments, messages, and reviews across social channels• Gather customer feedback, reviews, and testimonials to feature in content• Update and maintain your presence on third-party review platforms• Review analytics weekly and adjust content timing and topics based on performance• Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate representation across platforms• Create engaging daily content and manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)• Capture photos and videos, then edit and write creative captions for promotions, events, and highlights• Work with the marketing team to keep all communications consistent across channels• Support the company culture of creating a fun and welcoming experience• Other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent (or willingness to work toward this)• Strong writing and communication skills• Comfortable editing photos and video content (we’ll provide training on specific tools)• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to feedback and comments• Organized and detail-oriented• Enthusiastic about social media and engaging with audiences• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with multiple teams
