What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our communications team. In this role, you’ll create engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You’ll manage comments and direct messages, respond to audience engagement, and help coordinate assets needed to tell our stories effectively.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, editorial, and other teams to develop campaigns and strategies. You’ll also support multiple programme channels, ensuring content stays consistent with our overall mission. As you grow, you’ll help research trends, plan content calendars, and analyze how our posts perform.
Other tasks may be assigned as the role develops.
What we’re looking for:
You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable writing for social media. Basic knowledge of social media platforms is helpful but not essential—we’ll train you on tools and best practices. You’ll need to be detail-oriented with strong proofreading ability and the ability to spot spelling, grammar, and factual errors. A willingness to learn marketing strategies and social media analytics is a plus.
