Role: Social Media & Content Coordinator
Contract length: Full Time

This is an on-site role where you’ll be the creative engine behind our social media presence. You’ll create, capture, and publish engaging content across all major social platforms, working directly with teams across the business to bring promotions, events, and special offerings to life. No prior experience required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
What you’ll be doing:
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish photos and videos for social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram, showcasing promotions, events, and special offerings
• Work with internal teams to align content with promotional and event schedules
• Capture live coverage of events and activities to create timely, authentic content
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and posts
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and build community engagement
• Coordinate with different departments to schedule content shoots and gather information on upcoming promotions and events
• Track basic content performance metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Stay current on social media trends and bring fresh content ideas to the table
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and relevant guidelines
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on events and schedules
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
• Strong photography and basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva or CapCut (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or hospitality is a plus but not required
