About this role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our Corporate Communications team. You’ll develop and manage our social media strategy across all platforms, create engaging visual content, and help shape how our brand connects with audiences worldwide. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters.
The team you’ll work with
The Corporate Communications team handles internal and external communications projects, including web content creation, media management, and public relations. You’ll collaborate with communications specialists and experts across every department—from product teams to leadership—to build and strengthen our brand image.
What you’ll be doing
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms
• Create high-quality visual and written content for social media and company channels
• Establish and track key performance metrics to measure content success
• Manage and grow our online communities
• Monitor social media trends and best practices to keep our approach current
• Provide insights to the business on emerging trends and audience sentiment
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure content aligns with regional and company-wide goals
• Supervise multiple projects and content streams simultaneously
Skills/background needed
• 5+ years of professional experience managing social media for large-scale accounts or organisations
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience developing and executing social media strategy across teams or multiple regions
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other major social platforms
• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Excellent project management and time-management skills
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities
• Background in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation is a plus
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design software is helpful

This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday to Friday). Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
