We’re hiring a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence from home. This is a fully remote, performance-based role focused on connecting products with the right audience online.
If you know how to write compelling captions, understand how to drive engagement on social media, and enjoy managing online listings, we’d like to hear from you. No prior experience required – we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do
List and manage inventory on Facebook Marketplace and Instagram
Write engaging, accurate product descriptions that attract interested buyers
Take or edit photos and videos for use across platforms (or work with photos provided)
Monitor and respond to messages and inquiries from interested buyers
Keep listings updated with pricing, availability, and current details
Track what’s working and share performance updates with the team
Identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement across platforms
Skills/background needed
Hands-on experience with Facebook Marketplace and Instagram
Strong writing skills – you know how to write persuasive, engaging captions
Self-motivated and reliable – this is a remote role, so accountability matters
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple active listings at once
Bilingual ability is a plus but not required
Prior industry knowledge is helpful but not necessary – full training provided
