Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator – Full Time (On-Site)

About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help build and manage our online presence. You’ll be the creative storyteller behind our brand, sharing compelling content across website, print, and social media channels. This is a dynamic, visible role that involves working closely with team members to plan campaigns, capture real moments at events, and engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Your day-to-day work will include discovering engaging stories to share, writing copy for web and social channels, creating photo and video content, and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll track performance using analytics tools, manage budgets mindfully, and optimize content to reach the right audiences. This role requires flexibility with scheduling—you’ll attend events, activities, and functions during evenings and weekends to capture authentic moments in real time.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need years of experience to succeed here. We’re looking for someone with:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience (no specific years required—we value demonstrated ability)• Experience developing social media strategy and content for a professional brand• Hands-on experience managing paid social and digital ad campaigns, including budget oversight and reporting• Comfort using content management systems (CMS) to create and publish content• Basic familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign success• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, self-motivated approach• Any experience with AI-assisted content creation or AI-driven advertising tools is a plus• A valid driver’s license and ability to be vehicle-insured (required for this on-site position)
