About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Social Media and Communications Coordinator to help build and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll create compelling content, manage our posting calendar, support leadership visibility, and help launch new social channels from the ground up. You’ll work closely with our communications team and collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and design to ensure our best stories reach the right audience.
If you’re passionate about social media, have a good eye for content, can create short-form video, care about metrics, and want to help shape the voice of a growing company—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Plan content calendars around product launches, company announcements, and trending moments.
• Build and launch new social channels from scratch, developing content themes and growing our audience.
• Create on-brand content: design graphics using Canva, shoot and edit short-form video on mobile or with editing tools, and write copy that matches our voice.
• Support leadership content: create posts and manage publishing for company leadership, monitor comments, and identify engagement opportunities.
• Identify and work with creators, influencers, and industry voices to amplify our reach and message.
• Source content ideas from across the company—customer wins, product updates, team highlights—and develop them into social-ready stories.
• Monitor social conversations in real time and engage with our audience authentically.
• Support the broader communications and marketing teams with content creation and light design work as needed.
• Track social performance, learn what works, and recommend where to focus effort.
Skills/background needed: Strong writing skills and understanding of different social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, X). Ability to design simple graphics using Canva. Experience shooting and editing short-form video on mobile. Comfort using social media analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and work with different teams. Genuine interest in the healthcare or AI space (curiosity is enough—you don’t need to be an expert). No prior professional experience required; full training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
Nice to Have: Experience launching a new social media channel from scratch. Relationships with creators or industry voices. Past experience supporting a company leader’s personal brand or visibility. Familiarity with healthcare communications.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
Location: On-site, five days a week at our office
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
