We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media and Content Assistant to help build and maintain customer relationships while supporting our marketing efforts. You’ll assist with coordinating advertising programs, sales promotions, communications, and promotional materials in an accurate and professional manner. This is a full-time remote position.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with the development and administration of marketing plans including advertising, communications, and promotional materials
• Develop and create advertising materials including digital content, print ads, brochures, and promotional materials
• Produce marketing newsletters on a regular basis
• Manage and create social media content and video production
• Coordinate and promote marketing functions and special events
• Provide creative input and communications support for advertising production, placement, signage, and promotional materials
• Interact effectively with customers, management, and team members
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent (further education in marketing or related fields is a plus, but not required)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar design tools (we’ll provide training)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and content creation
