About the role
Do you love cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and beauty trends? Are you confident and engaging on camera? We’re looking for energetic, personable hosts to present beauty and personal-care products through interactive livestreams on platforms including TikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, and other social-commerce channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a genuine passion for beauty, natural charisma, and the ability to connect with an audience. Professional live-selling experience is not required – we welcome content creators, beauty enthusiasts, makeup artists, and outgoing personalities ready to learn and grow in this role.
What you’ll do
As a Live Selling Host, you will:
• Host engaging, high-energy livestream shopping events on social-commerce platforms
• Demonstrate and promote beauty, fragrance, skincare, haircare, and wellness products
• Explain product features, benefits, application techniques, and current promotions in a clear, conversational way
• Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation
• Create excitement and trust while supporting product sales and customer engagement
• Follow prepared product information and promotional messaging
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and studio teams to prepare for livestreams
• Stay informed about beauty trends, viral products, and emerging livestream techniques
• Maintain an authentic, professional, and brand-appropriate on-camera presence
• Review livestream results and use feedback to improve future presentations
Who you are
The ideal candidate is:
• Energetic, personable, and comfortable speaking on camera
• Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, haircare, or beauty products
• Able to communicate product information clearly and persuasively
• Quick to think and respond to live audience questions
• Familiar with TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram, YouTube, or other livestream platforms
• Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled livestream sessions
• Able to maintain audience energy throughout a live presentation
• Open to receiving coaching and adjusting your presentation style based on feedback
• Authentic and relatable, with the ability to build trust with different audiences
• Available for a flexible schedule that may include daytime, evening, or weekend livestreams
Experience that helps (but is not required)
• Livestream selling or social-commerce experience
• TikTok Live, Whatnot, or Instagram Live hosting
• Beauty content creation or influencer marketing
• Makeup artistry, cosmetology, skincare, or esthetics background
• Fragrance sales or product education
• Brand ambassador or promotional work
• Retail beauty sales experience
• Television, theater, modeling, podcasting, or public speaking
• On-camera hosting or video production
• Customer engagement or consultative sales
You do not need a large social-media following to be considered for this role.

About this engagement
This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor role. Livestream assignments and schedules will be communicated based on business needs. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for managing your own tax obligations and are not eligible for employee benefits. You will be required to comply with platform requirements, brand standards, and livestream guidelines.
