About This Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you’ll develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, create engaging content, manage community interactions, and collaborate with influencers to build brand awareness and customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Plan and curate monthly content calendars that engage and resonate with audiences
• Optimize content using SEO, hashtags, and other strategies to maximize visibility and engagement
• Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
• Monitor social media trends and platform updates relevant to your industry
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular reports on growth and engagement
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to stay ahead of trends
Skills/Background Needed:
• Passion for social media and content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create visually appealing content with attention to detail
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, or basic design software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• No prior professional experience required—full training will be provided
