Job Summary: We’re looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Specialist to help develop and manage our social media presence. You’ll create engaging content, build community connections, and support our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. No prior experience required—full training provided.

Roles:
- Create and manage social media content across platforms (text, images, videos, graphics).
- Monitor and respond to community comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to understand what’s working.
- Support the planning and management of paid social media campaigns.
- Stay aware of current social media trends and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Research and identify partnership opportunities with relevant creators and brands.
- Handle negative feedback professionally and constructively.
- Assist with general marketing, design, and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills/background needed:
- Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics (or willingness to learn).
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus, but not required.
- Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing.
