About the Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Video Editor to join our growing team. You’ll help create short-form videos for social media platforms, working with existing footage to produce engaging ad content.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Edit and cut short-form videos from existing footage
- Add captions and sound design to video content
- Create multiple video variations each week for testing and performance tracking
- Monitor how your video edits perform and use feedback to improve
About You
You don’t need extensive experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has some video editing experience (even basic projects count)
- Is interested in learning about digital marketing and content creation
- Communicates clearly and is open to feedback
- Is eager to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
Experience with content creation in any industry is helpful, but not required. A background in recruitment, marketing, or tech is a bonus—but we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
How You’ll Start
You’ll begin with structured onboarding where we teach you the fundamentals of our product, our marketing approach, and our content workflow. We provide full training and support as you ramp up, starting with simpler edits and gradually taking on more complex projects as you build confidence.
Once you’ve completed onboarding and hit your performance targets, this role becomes fully remote so you can work from anywhere.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
Skills/background needed: Video editing experience, basic familiarity with content creation, willingness to learn, coachability
Location: Open to applicants worldwide. Initial onboarding is in-person; role becomes remote after successful completion.
