About the role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you’ll capture high-quality photos and videos, create engaging content for social media platforms, edit videos, and help manage our online presence. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure our branding and messaging stay consistent across all channels.
No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
What you’ll be doing
• Capture photos and videos for content creation
• Create engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Edit short-form videos using industry-standard tools
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and branding initiatives
• Help create marketing materials for promotions and events
• Organize and maintain a content library
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Stay current with trending content ideas and suggest new approaches
• Occasionally attend company events to capture marketing content
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable working with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and grow in a creative environment
Nice to have:
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and digital marketing basics
• Drone videography skills
