We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to help build our online presence across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on execution role where you’ll manage campaigns, build relationships with industry communities, and work across both organic and paid social channels.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Online Presence
• Execute social media campaigns and pitch content to industry publications and communities• Build and maintain consistent brand presence across third-party platforms and industry forums• Manage online reviews and reputation across popular business directories and review sites• Build relationships with industry voices, analysts, and relevant online communities• Monitor competitor activity and track our share of voice in the industry• Use social listening tools to track brand mentions and industry conversations
Paid Social Advertising
• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns from start to finish• Set up conversion tracking and align campaigns with business goals• Test and refine targeting and ad creative based on performance data• Report on campaign results and adjust strategy as needed
Platform Growth & Testing
• Identify and pilot new social platforms and digital channels as they emerge• Run small tests to measure results and scale what works• Stay current with changes in the social media and digital marketing landscape
Skills & Background Needed
• Experience or strong interest in social media marketing and digital advertising• Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for business• Familiarity with social listening and monitoring tools, or willingness to learn them• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once• Self-directed and eager to learn new tools and platforms• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing is a plus, but not required
