Social Media Manager – Entry Level (Remote)

About This Role

We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager to help develop and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll create engaging content, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness and audience engagement. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where creativity, trend awareness, and strong communication are valued.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain monthly social content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities

• Create engaging, platform-native content including static images, videos, and short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

• Maintain consistent brand voice while tailoring content to suit each platform’s unique audience and best practices

• Monitor and analyze social media performance, delivering weekly reports and actionable recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience growth

• Partner with team members and cross-functional departments to develop and execute creative content that supports brand and business goals

• Stay informed of social, cultural, and digital trends to identify timely opportunities that keep content relevant and engaging

• Use social listening and analytics tools to gather insights that inform content strategy and business decisions

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail

• Support influencer marketing efforts including outreach, content tracking, and campaign reporting

• Contribute ideas to improve team processes, workflows, and best practices

Skills/Background Needed

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital campaigns, or content creation (or equivalent demonstrated skills)

• Experience managing social media pages and creating content across platforms

• Ability to create compelling branded content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, and platform-native editing tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time management

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities

• Knowledge of social media analytics and content creation tools is a plus

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required
