We’re hiring a Social Media & Marketing Associate to help grow our online presence from home. This is a fully remote, entry-level role focused on creating engaging content and managing listings across social platforms. If you enjoy writing compelling descriptions, working with photos and videos, and engaging with customers online, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Create and manage product listings on major social platforms
Write engaging, accurate product descriptions that attract buyers
Take or edit photos and videos for use across platforms (or work with provided content)
Monitor and respond to customer messages and inquiries
Keep listings updated with current pricing, availability, and details
Track what’s working and share performance insights with the team
Identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. You’ll need strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Bilingual ability (English and Spanish) is a bonus but not required. Basic familiarity with social platforms is helpful but we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
